How long will it take to receive my order?
Locally we deliver next business-day. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. local times.
Same-day delivery is available by courier service. You will incur a charge for same day delivery. We can only assure same-day delivery for orders called in by 11:30 a.m.
UPS/FedEx Ground orders are shipped within eight business hours. Generally weekend, holiday, and orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern Time are processed the next business day.
How can I get a tracking number for my order?
An invoice number will be given to you at the end of your phone call along with an estimated time of delivery. This number can be used to track all pertinent information specific to these orders.
Do you only sell to commercial businesses?
No, we offer the same great corporate, competitively priced products to government customers, schools, and non-profits.
How do I contact you if I have a question or need further assistance?
We offer several contact methods. We recommend calling our Customer Service Department at 800-451-3370, where a Customer Service Representative will provide you with a courteous and timely response. The Customer Service Representatives are available by phone during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. You can also email us at Orders@millersoffice.com and a Customer Service Representative will reply to your question.
Can I place my order via telephone or fax?
Yes. You may call us toll-free at 800-451-3370 or fax your order to 800-451-3385.
What is your backorder policy?
We rarely experience backorders. However, from time to time they may occur and you will be notified of the backorder within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item is available and is in shipment to us, we will give you an expected delivery date. If the item is out-of-stock at the manufacturer's we will give you your anticipated due date. Whenever possible we will suggest substitute products that match your initial request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, ACH, EFT and checks.
I don't feel comfortable sending my credit card information on the Internet. Can I call you to place an order?
You can call us to place an order any time. You have the option of calling our toll-free number, 800-451-3370. However, we provide secure credit card ordering using advanced encryption and industry-standard technology to protect our customers against credit card fraud.
Do I need to register for an online account?
If you have an account with Miller's and would like to order online, a login and password are required to order. Once a login and password have been provided, you will have the ability to place, view and print past orders.
Who can help me find an item?
You can always call customer service for help locating any item you need, even if you do not see it on our Website or in our catalogs. We can source tens of thousands of products through our manufacturers and distributors.
How do I create "My Favorites List"?
Go to My List on the top navigation bar. Click on add new favorites list. Enter the new list name and description and then click submit. Now click on the list name that you just created. Scroll down to the requisition number and enter your contract number and click submit. This will load your contract pricing. If you do not have your contract number and want to add individual items by part number, you can do that under the Quick Order button. Click on Quick Order and simply enter the part numbers in the column. Scroll down to the bottom and you can add them to your list by clicking add to list.
How do I retrieve "My Favorites List"?
Go to Favorites on the top navigation bar. Click and you will see your existing lists.
