I would like to give a shout out to William Mays, James Thornton, Alvin Fuqua and Cliff Smith. We ordered furniture for our office with William's help. James customer service skills were wonderful in making arrangements to deliver. Alvin and Cliff were awesome guys who sat up the tables and were so so nice in making sure we were happy with the products. I also, want to thank Andrew who delivers our supplies. Excellent service from Millers
My company has been dealing with Miller's for over 10 years and I depend on them for all my office product needs. A special thanks to Bill Gross who is the person I usually deal with. When I need a special product he goes out of his way to find exactly what we are looking for from their many vendors. I always get through to an agent and never have to wait to give my order. I don't use the computer much so I call when I need an order and it is here the next morning, rarely a mistake, they get it right the first time they send it out and when I do need to talk to accounting they are pleasant and fix whatever problems promptly. I love working with Millers and will go no where else for my supplies. Their prices are great and the service is outstanding! I've been working with Mr. Barry for over 7yrs. The Millers service is amazing. If ever I am looking for something, I can email him what I'm looking for and he will find it and follow up with me within minutes. The deliver staff are very kind and helpful. I have always has impeccable service from the time I place my order, receive delivery and invoiced. We also have their Kuerig machines in our office and they take great care of our machines. We have been working with Don and Jimmy and have had excellent service from them. They came out and surveyed our property and our supply needs and have made suggestions that have saved us money. We also have new soap and towel dispensers which again saved us money as well as comments from staff and guests liking the new dispensers. When they say something will arrive it is here. They are great to work with and are good partners.

Great Customer Service and Reliability
Miller's has been our supplies vendor for 20+ years and I couldn't imagine using another vendor. They are easy to work with, always accommodating, and get us what we need when we need it, which is important in the legal industry when preparing for trials out of state. I've worked with a number of service reps over the years and they all have been very courteous, dependable, and go the extra mile to assist in finding the product you're looking for, even if it's not readily available from Miller's. Our current service rep, Craig Davis, falls into this same mold. I know that if I need a specific product or information, Craig is there for us. In our minds, it's Miller's as our office supplies vendor and no one else.

Our firm has done business with Millers since 2004. Dan brown has been our representative since the beginning and he does an incredible job. He is always responsive no matter what the inquiry. Customer Service Oriented
I have been a loyal customer for years now. The service I received is outstanding. Especially Bill who I frequently call directly to take my orders. He always helps finding me items I need even if they are not included in your catalog. He is a godsend to me. The driver we have, I don't know his name I am embarrassed to say, is always pleasant and helpful. Over the years I have had many other supply companies come to my door wanting our business and I always turn them down flat even before they can start their speech. I tell them I am "married" to my supplier and will never change. I am the receptionist and have been here 14 years and it is my job to order supplies and I have always used Millers as my supply company. They bend over backwards to help you find just what you need. Their service is excellent, the drivers are gracious and professional and they rarely get my order wrong, which is a big problem with other companies I have found. If you haven't tried them you should, you will never go back to your old supplier.

I have used Miller's off and on at various companies over the years. I have know Joe Mazzello for about 30 years, dealing with him with another company. Combining his sales/customer service with a to notch company like Miller's is a great plus. Not only is his service good, but he goes out of his way to get the best price and if they don't carry something, he endeavors to try to get it from somewhere else. I would also like to mention Bill Gross, who works with Joe. He also provides tremendous customer service as do all the staff I have dealt with from Miller's. They have a wide range of products adn services at great prices.
I recently joined my organization, and was introduced to Joe Mazzello by my predecessor. In the short time I've worked with Joe, he's gone above and beyond what is required of him to make sure we have all the supplies we need. Joe has been persistent in finding supplies for us, and is always responsive. We have been purchasing office supplies and using Miller's coffee service for years now and are thoroughly pleased with everything about Miller's. Our Miller's account representative (Joe Mazzello) is extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, thorough and informed. We recently relocated our office and Joe was on site providing direction about placement of equipment, supplies, etc. It was VERY helpful. Customer Service Going Beyond Expectations
We have been using Miller's for almost 3 years now for our coffee services and it has been a great experience. Not only has our monthly expenses gone down but the time spent on fixing machines has nearly all but gone away. The equipment has held up over the constant usage of over 300 employees and the deliveries are always on time, dependable as can be. We also started using Miller's for those hard to get items that our other vendors just couldn't get quickly or for a reasonable price. Now I count on Miller's for everything from all of are kitchen supplies, printing and marketing items to the constant purchases and installations of TV's and ergonomic sit and stands. Miller's has definitely become that one stop shop that I can continually depend on in a crunch. Thanks to everyone that works so hard to keep this client vendor relationship running so smoothly. James King is without a doubt the most customer oriented sales rep I have had the pleasure of working with and really goes out of his way to always make sure we get exactly what we need. This is my 10th year doing business with Miller's supplies and the experience I had all these year is brilliant. When it comes to customer service I have never seen another company that cares about customers than Miller's. Our sales representative Keith Courtney's customer services is exceptional and I cannot ask for more. The prices are competitive, delivery is super-fast, the website has improved a lot with easy online ordering and the returns are pretty easy to process. I highly recommend Miller's supplies.
