Purchase Without Regrets
Return without regret. If you’ve ordered the wrong item, the wrong quantity or have changed your mind about the order, you can return it for a full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To process a return, go to www.millersconnect.com and log in with your username and password. Go to "Lookup Orders, Invoices or Quotes; Request a Return." With your original invoice you can request a return. You may also contact our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-451-3370 for assistance.
All returns and exchanges must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories. Any returns due to damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days. Please be sure to report the damage immediately when the package is delivered so that we can process your return claim. Defective items must be reported within 7 business days and must be returned in the original box.
We take returns for every product except:
- Special Order and Custom Items
- Food and Beverages
- Pharmaceutical Items
- Dated Products (such as calendars, organizers, etc.)
- Assembled Furniture
- Opened Ink and Toner Cartridges
